We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your Tria Beauty purchase, however, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, we'll refund you. From your date of purchase, you have 60 days to return your Hair Removal Laser or Age-Defying Laser and 90 days to return your Positively Clear Blue Light.


Please contact Tria Beauty Customer Services on 0800 0484 322 or email at to request a return and refund. We'll email you a printable returns slip, a confirmation number to include with your return, and our returns address. Please be sure to wrap the product securely prior to mailing. Please note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping with a shipping company of your choice e.g. Royal Mail, and don't forget to retain proof of postage. Return authorisation is required for a refund, returns without authorisation will be refused and returned to sender. To receive your refund, returns must be post-marked within 14 days from your initial contact with our Customer Services department. We'll inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you don't return any free gifts (gifts with purchase) or promotionally priced products (e.g. buy a laser and receive an item for £1) to us at the same time, if you have any questions about this, please speak to Customer Services. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of your returned product for processing of your refund.


If you have purchased your Tria product through a source other than, and you are requesting a refund or return, please contact your stockist to discuss their returns process (if applicable). Before making a purchase with a third-party stockist, we strongly recommend you check their returns policy and be mindful that not all stockists provide a moneyback guarantee.
