Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions and the use of this website are governed
by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English Court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory
rights. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries
from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied,
that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this
website from outside the UK complies with any non-UK laws or regulations.
Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local
law are not offered to you.
June Promotion 2009
You will automatically be entered into the draw when you purchase a
TRIA from 1-30th June. If you do not wish to be entered into the draw
please notify us by email.
The offer is only applicable to un-refunded purchases not returned within
the 30 day money back guarantee.
Draw entry will only be included on orders with cleared payment status
between 00.01 1st June and Midnight on 30th June 2009.
Draw will take place on the 3rd August 2009.
Winners will be notified by email and post.
We reserve the right to use information provided for promotional purposes.
Delivery
Orders should be despatched within 72 hours of receipt of order. Products
should be received by you within 5 working days of leaving our warehouse.
Overseas deliveries may take up to 7 working days for delivery. We are
unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland. All deliveries must be signed
for on receipt. Any product you order that is not immediately available
will be sent to you as soon as possible and the delivery charge will
only be charged for the first delivery.
Delivery Charges
Deliveries within the UK are free of charge. We are unable to ship outside
the UK and Ireland.
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate include
UK sales tax (VAT). We are unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland.
Returns
We trust that you will be delighted with the products received from
us. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product please send back
to us within 30days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately
we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the 30 day money back guarantee
on units taken outside of the UK and Ireland. The return should be wrapped
securely, ideally in the original packaging and returned to:

Please include a note which details your Name, Address, Contact Telephone
Number and the reason for the return of the unit. Postage cannot be
refunded if you have changed your mind about the purchase. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
